The STACK method does not impose a new workflow, but rather allows you to maintain your current structure and established processes, resulting in accurate invoices and purchase orders sent out on time and with minimal effort.
How It Works
QuickBooks Desktop:
- Connect STACK to Intuit QuickBooks Desktop via the App Integrations in Settings > Account Settings
- Download the QuickBooks Web Connector
- Assign STACK Accounting Codes for export to QuickBooks
- From a STACK Material & Labor Estimate, export to QuickBooks Desktop
- Select the customer from a listed of QuickBooks defined customers
- Initiate the Export
Automatic Data Mappings for STACK to QuickBooks Desktop
- STACK Accounting Code = QBD Item (Name)
- STACK Adjusted Quantity = QBD QTY (quantity)
- STACK Unit Cost = QBD Rate
- STACK Extended Cost = QBD Amount
- STACK Selling Price = QBD Total
